Booking your cruise, cruise or holiday package with Chilliwack Cruise International.com Ltd involves an agreement between you and the suppliers who provide the services for which you have paid. Please read all the information on this page, along with the information displayed on the cruise line?s and tour operator?s information sites as they provide the conditions relating to services of both Chilliwack Cruise International.com Ltd and the suppliers of the holiday products you purchase.
Chilliwack Cruise International.com Ltd is incorporated with the BC government registrar of business and operates on the web as www.cruiseinternational.com. We are accredited with the Cruise Line International Association
How to book Cruise International.com only accepts bookings from the web. For safety reasons, we ask that your do not provide financial information on the web, for that reason we provide you with a fax number as well as a toll free number in North America so that you will be speaking directly with a certified cruise consultant. All communication prior to your departure, including payment and refund transactions, must be made by phone at 1-877-393-7711 or by fax at 1-604-792-2743.
Prices All prices on this site are as specified either in Canadian or US dollars and are subject to change with or without notice depending on availability.
Payments must be made to Cruise International.com by credit card your verbal authorization to use your credit card for deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Non-payment on due date will result in automatic cancellation with applicable penalties. In the case of Carnival and Norwegian cruise lines, all you are required to do is go directly to their websites by using the links provided on their logos contained in this website and you will be allowed to book directly with the cruise line while being represented by our agency website as, booking directly with cruise lines is not an accepted policy.
Price guarantee Cruise International.com guarantees that your vacation price will not increase once you have paid your balance in full. Increases in government taxes and fuel surcharges are not included in this guarantee.
Payment information A deposit is required at time of booking to secure a definite reservation. If airline arrangements are made requiring immediate, non-refundable, payments, we will require an additional deposit amount, which is equal to the cost of the air tickets in order to secure the lowest possible fare. Cruise International.com accepts reservations, upon receipt of a deposit in the amount shown below. Deposit amounts are per person and must be paid by each guest including children and 3rd, 4th, 5ft and 6th persons sharing. Additional deposits may be required for air, hotel, and/or tour arrangements booked with your cruise.
Payments and deposits cruise lines and tour operators have individual formats for deposits. As a result we use the formula that all payments be due 72 hours prior to the payments being due to the cruise line. This allows us to process your payment to the applicable cruise line without penalty or delay.
Cancellation Policy If you must cancel your booking after your final payment has been applied, penalties will be incurred. The schedule of penalties varies with the cruise line, as a result our policy is that we will honour the cruise lines' policies and clients will be advised of the penalties as the applicable cruise line dictates.
Trip Interruption and Cancellation Insurance All cruise lines offer trip cancellation and interruption policies in US dollars. You will be offered this insurance policy automatically in you pricing. Your refusal to accept this insurance will in our quote request form will absolve our company from any loss or damage incurred prior to or during the trip, and you will be solely responsible for any expenses incurred. Health insurance is also available upon request. Due to the fact that we are a Canadian company, Health insurance can be made available however, the benefits will be in Canadian dollars.
Government Taxes, Fees & Service Charges all cruise, airline tickets and hotel reservations are subject to various additional taxes. The exact amount vary and must be included in your final payment. You will be advised of all taxes and surcharges upon request from your cruise consultant at the time of booking. In some instances some taxes are not payable in advance and you may be responsible to pay these taxes locally.
Changes to booking You will be charged an amendment fee of $50 USD for each change made, plus any applicable revision charges applied by the cruise line. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change in your reservation. Any changes made to a booking within the cancellation period will be considered a cancelled booking and will incur the appropriate cancellation penalties, and the changes will be subject to availability. Most cruise lines charge a service fee for changes to bookings at any time, details vary from line to line and are available upon request at the time of booking. If the cancellation by one or more persons alters the stateroom requirements, the passengers still traveling must pay the applicable rate for the accommodations to be occupied and the passenger canceling must pay the applicable cancellation charge. If air has been booked, ANY name changes result in the cancellation and rebooking of the air arrangements. As a result, space is then subject to availability for the rebooking and may not be available at all. Once air tickets are issued any name change or cancellation of air space is 100% non-refundable.
